One Cubic ID can only be synced with a single Pixel Gun 2 account. This helps protect your data and ensures everything runs smoothly.
🎮 How to switch to the desired account?
To access a specific Pixel Gun 2 account, follow these steps:
- Go to the in-game Settings → Account tab.
- Log out of your current Cubic ID profile by clicking the Log Out button.
- You will then be able to create a new game account (read more here). To log in to an existing account, log in to the Cubic ID linked to the game account you need:
- Tap the Menu (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner and select Settings.
- Tap the Cubic ID button.
- Select the first option Yes, log in.
- Enter the email address that was synced with your Cubic ID, and click Continue.
- A 6-digit code valid for 30 minutes will be sent to the specified email address.
- Enter the code in the game and click Continue.
- The game will detect the account and prompt you to load it. Just confirm.
🧩 Why does a progress selection screen pop up?
If you see a window asking you to choose progress, it means there are two Pixel Gun 2 accounts associated with your device:
- Local Progress is the one you're currently using.
- Cloud Progress is the one linked to the Cubic ID you’ve switched to.
If you press Play Local, you'll stay on the account you're currently using. If you press Load, you'll switch to another account.
⚠️ Important: if the account you're currently using (Local) isn't synced with your Cubic ID, you'll permanently lose access to it once you switch.
