How can I create Cubic ID?

Creating a Cubic ID links your game account to your email address and saves your progress in the cloud. To create a Cubic ID, follow these steps:

1. Open the in-game Settings → Account → Cubic ID.

2. Tap Create Cubic ID.

3. Enter your email address and tap Continue.

4. Check your inbox for a 6-digit code.

The email subject looks like this: Cubic ID Login [XXXXXX]. The code is valid for 30 minutes.

5. Enter the code in the game and tap Continue.

6. After successful linking, you will see the Welcome to Cubic ID! screen. It will show your linking ID, linked email address, and a nickname of your game account.

🤔 What should I do if the code does not arrive or does not work?

Try the following:

• check that the email address was entered correctly;
• check the Spam folder;
• wait 1 minute and send the code again;
• make sure you enter the latest code you received.

If the problem remains, contact Support using the link on the Cubic ID screen.

🤔 What happens if the email is already used?

If you enter an email address that already has a Cubic ID, after entering the code, the game will offer you to switch to the account linked to that email. Before switching, make sure you are choosing the correct account.
