Cubic ID is a single cross-platform account in Pixel Gun 2. It is used to:
- sync your progress;
- transfer data between devices and platforms;
- keep access to your account if something happens to your device;
- identify you inside the Cubic Games project ecosystem.
For example, Cubic ID is useful if:
- you get a new device;
- you want to play on another platform;
- your device breaks, gets lost, or is stolen;
- you want to make sure your progress is not stored only on one device.
Creating a Cubic ID with an email address is the only way to save your progress in the cloud and transfer it to another device or platform.
🤔 Can I play with one Cubic ID on several devices?
Not at the same time. One active game session under the same Cubic ID on multiple devices or platforms is not supported. If you log in on a new device, the previous game session will end automatically. You will need to reconnect on the previous device.
🤔 Can I change or unlink my Cubic ID?
No. A game account can be linked to Cubic ID only once. After linking, you cannot:
- unlink the account;
- change the linked email address;
- link the same game account to another Cubic ID.
Also, one Cubic ID cannot be linked to several Pixel Gun 2 accounts.
🤔 What happens to local progress?
Before linking to Cubic ID, your progress may be stored only on your device. If you had local progress on your device, then logged in to an existing Cubic ID and switched to another account, the old local progress cannot be restored. Before logging in to Cubic ID, make sure you are choosing the correct account.
🤔 What is the difference between Player ID and Cubic ID?
Cubic ID is your account for saving and transferring progress between devices and platforms.
Player ID is a unique number of your game profile in Pixel Gun 2.
When contacting Support, it is better to include your Player ID. If your question is about login, progress transfer, or account access, information about your Cubic ID may also be needed.
