Pixel Gun 2 accounts can be linked to Cubic ID to save your progress. If your Pixel Gun 2 account was linked to Cubic ID, it can usually be restored. If it was not linked, unfortunately, it cannot be recovered.
To check if your account is linked to Cubic ID, go to the in-game settings โ Account tab.

Iโm still on the same platform/device
Simply log in with the Cubic ID you used when playing earlier.
I have multiple accounts synced with my Cubic ID
It is not possible, as each Pixel Gun 2 account is linked to a unique Cubic ID.

You can contact our support team from the game by pressing Contact support in Settings or via the Help Center. To help us locate your account, you will need to provide its Pixel Gun 2 ID or the email linked to your Cubic ID.
