Even if your old device is lost or no longer works, your Pixel Gun 2 account is safe as long as it was linked to Cubic ID.
☁️ How your account is saved
Pixel Gun 2 stores your account not only on your device, but also in the cloud by syncing it with Cubic ID. If your account was linked to Cubic ID, it can be restored on another device or platform.
🔄 How to restore your account on a new device
- Install Pixel Gun 2 on the new device.
- Launch the game.
- Log in to the same Cubic ID you used before:
- Tap the Menu (three horizontal lines) in the top-right corner and select Settings.
- Tap the Cubic ID button.
- Select the first option Yes, log in.
- Enter the email address that was synced with your Cubic ID, and click Continue.
- A 6-digit code valid for 30 minutes will be sent to the specified email address.
- Enter the code in the game and click Continue.
- The game will detect the account and prompt you to load it. Just confirm.
⚠️Important: If you launch the game without logging in to the correct Cubic ID first, a new account will be created.
