Bounty Hunter is a team PvP mode where each team has a special target. The goal is to eliminate enemies, score points, and hunt the enemy team’s marked player for a bigger reward.
❓ How does Bounty Hunter work?
Select Bounty Hunter in the Battle Hub to start matchmaking. During the match, both teams fight for points. Regular eliminations give points as usual, but each team also has a special target. Eliminating the enemy special target gives your team +5 points.
The match ends when one team reaches the score limit or when time runs out.
🎯 Special target
The special target is one of the strongest active players on the team. When a player becomes the target, they stay marked until they are eliminated. The mark does not switch to another player while the current target is still alive.
After the target is eliminated, a new target is selected after a short delay.
If you become the special target, you will receive an announcement and a special target marker near your HP bar. While you are marked, enemies can see you through walls. To help you survive, you receive extra HP while the target mark is active.
Your job is to stay alive, keep fighting, and make the enemy team waste time chasing you.
When a special target is eliminated, the hunting team gets +5 points. After a short delay, a new target is chosen from the alive players on that team, and the hunt starts again.
👀 Hunters
When an enemy becomes the special target, your team receives an announcement that a bounty has been placed. The marked enemy becomes visible through walls, and their HP bar is shown. You will also see a special icon near them showing that they are worth 5 points.
Only the special target is revealed this way. Other enemies are not highlighted.
🎮 What is shown on the screen?
During the match, the HUD shows the team score, timer, and target-related markers.
The enemy special target is highlighted through walls with an HP bar and a special x5 marker. If you are the target, you will see a marker near your own HP bar.
You can use these indicators to decide whether to hunt the target, defend your own target, or focus on regular eliminations.
🔚 What happens after the match?
When the match ends, you can see the final scoreboard, your personal performance, rewards, and match results. Your score may include regular eliminations, successful hunts, survival moments, and other in-match achievements.
📌 Tips
- Do not ignore the special target. Eliminating them gives your team a big score boost.
- Protect your own target when possible. If the enemy team keeps getting +5 points, they can reach the score limit much faster.
- If you become the target, do not panic. Use cover, stay near teammates, and avoid predictable routes.
- Use the target highlight to plan attacks. Since the special target is visible through walls, you can prepare an ambush or cut off their escape.
- Balance hunting and regular eliminations. Sometimes chasing the target is worth it, but sometimes scoring normal eliminations is safer.
