Team Fight is the main PvP mode in Pixel Gun 2. Two teams of 5 players fight on destructible arenas. The goal is simple: eliminate enemies, help your team score points, and finish the match with a higher score than the enemy team.
Team Fight is fast, intense, and built around teamwork. Stick with allies, use your loadout wisely, and adapt during the match.
❓ How does Team Fight work?
A match usually lasts around 5 minutes. Each enemy elimination gives your team +1 point. The match ends when one team reaches the score limit or when time runs out. If both teams have the same score when time runs out, the match ends in a draw.
🔹 Teams
Team Fight is played in a 5v5 format. You don't need to choose a side. The game assigns teams automatically.
To make combat easier to read:
- your team is always shown in blue;
- enemies are always shown in red.
If there are not enough players, bots may fill empty slots. This helps start matches faster and keeps waiting time shorter.
🔸 Scoring
Only eliminations count toward the team score. 1 elimination = 1 point for your team.
Your personal score is different from the team score. It tracks your individual contribution during the match. Personal score can include:
- eliminations;
- assists;
- gadget eliminations;
- kill streaks;
- other in-match achievements.
The player with the highest personal score becomes the MVP of their team.
🔹 Respawning
When you are eliminated:
- You see a Kill Cam showing who eliminated you and how.
- After a short time, you respawn in your team’s safe zone.
- After respawning, you receive Spawn Protection. It gives you a few seconds of invincibility, so you cannot be eliminated immediately after returning to the match.
🎮 What is shown on the screen?
During the match, the HUD shows the most important information:
- Timer — shown at the top center of the screen. It turns red during the last 10 seconds.
- Team scores — shown near the timer. The leading team gets a flame effect.
- Scoreboard — shows players, eliminations, assists, and personal scores.
To open the scoreboard, tap the score area. On PC, you can also press Tab.
🔚 What happens after the match?
When the match ends, you will see the final scoreboard. It shows:
- final team score;
- player stats;
- personal scores;
- MVP.
You also receive rewards based on your performance. Your loot chest progress may also increase after the match.
📌 Tips
- Stay close to your team. Team Fight mode rewards teamwork, not solo rushing.
- Do not focus only on eliminations. Assists also improve your personal score and help you level up during the match.
- Use the Kill Cam. It can show where the enemy was, what weapon they used, and how you can avoid the same mistake next time.
- Try different loadouts between matches. Weapons, armor, gadgets, characters, and Ability Cards can all change how you play.
- Watch the score. If your team is falling behind, change your approach: regroup, play safer, control important areas, or support stronger teammates.
