How to find information about my PC?

When you contact our support team about technical issues, it helps to attach a DXDiag report — a Windows tool that shows your PC’s specs.

📝 How to create a DXDiag report:

1. Press the Windows key, type dxdiag, and press Enter.
2. In the System tab, you’ll see your Windows version, CPU, and RAM.
3. In the Display tab, you’ll see your graphics card.
4. Click Save All Information, choose where to save the file, and attach it to your support request.

Use this report to compare your PC specs with the game’s minimum requirements and include it when contacting support. This makes troubleshooting faster.
