🧹 Clear the game cache (Android only)
⚠️ Before clearing the cache, make sure your account is synced with the Cubic ID profile.
To clear the game cache:
Open the Settings app.
Go to Apps or Application Manager.
Find and tap Pixel Gun 2.
Tap Storage or Storage & Cache.
Press Clear Cache.
Confirm if prompted.
Wait a few seconds and close Settings.
Launch the game again.
Clearing the cache removes only temporary files and does not affect your saved data or game progress.
🌐 Check your internet connection
Pixel Gun 2 requires a stable internet connection. Ensure that your connection speed is at least 20 Mbps.
- You can check your connection using a speed test app.
- For Wi-Fi: Restart your router, try a different cable, or switch to mobile data.
- For mobile data: If it’s slow or unstable, contact your service provider for support.
- For PC: Try using an Ethernet cable.
🔁 Reinstall the game
