If your purchase doesn’t appear in the game after payment, don't try to buy it again. This may cause extra charges and additional issues.

If it’s been more than 24 hours:
✔️ You have a receipt from Google Play
- Find an email from googleplay-noreply@google.com in your inbox.
- Take a screenshot showing the Order ID in the format GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345.
- Contact Pixel Gun 3D support and attach the screenshot.
✖️ No receipt
The payment hasn’t reached the game and is “stuck” between your bank and Google Platform. Contact Google Play support to check the status.
🍏 Apple App Store
If it’s been more than 24 hours:
✔️ You have a receipt from Apple
- Find an email from no_reply@email.apple.com or check:
Settings → Your Name → Media & Purchases → View Account → Purchase History. - Find the necessary purchase and tap on it.
- Take a screenshot.
- Contact our support team and attach the screenshot.
✖️ No receipt

🎮 Steam
If it’s been more than 24 hours:
✔️ You have a receipt from Steam
- Open Steam → Support → Payments → View Complete Purchase History.
- Find the purchase and take a screenshot showing the transaction number.
- Send it to our support team.
✖️ No receipt
If the payment hasn’t reached the game yet, then contact Steam support to verify.
